- Zarph, a company specializing in treasury management and deposit and payment systems, has just launched the TP6X4, a set of three new payment devices that meet the needs of companies looking to optimize their payment management. The Portuguese solution accepts multiple payment methods (cash, cards, mobile, and MB Way) and can be integrated with any billing software or other platforms. The TP6X4 adapts to any customer service environment, according to the needs of each business area. Three base environments have been defined:
- Attended environment where the employee performs the entire operation on the equipment behind the counter;
- Attended environment, but the employee does not interact at the time of the transaction – The Customer performs the payment operation directly on the equipment;
- Unattended environment, where the customer is completely autonomous using Self-Service.
