The solution involves a new range of payment equipment, capable of accepting any payment method (cash, cards, mobile, and MB Way) and that can be integrated with any billing software. The Zarph payment solution, consisting of the 6X4 range equipment, is suitable for any customer service environment, whether attended or unattended.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Zarph<\/a>, a company specializing in treasury management and deposit and payment systems, has just launched the TP6X4, a set of three new payment devices that meet the needs of companies looking to optimize their payment management. The Portuguese solution accepts multiple payment methods (cash, cards, mobile, and MB Way) and can be integrated with any billing software or other platforms. The TP6X4 adapts to any customer service environment, according to the needs of each business area. Three base environments have been defined:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Attended environment where the employee performs the entire operation on the equipment behind the counter;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Attended environment, but the employee does not interact at the time of the transaction \u2013 The Customer performs the payment operation directly on the equipment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Unattended environment, where the customer is completely autonomous using Self-Service.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    For any type of business that manages payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Managing payments can be a difficult task for companies, whatever their size. For this reason, three pieces of equipment were developed, with different dimensions and technical characteristics that suit various types of business. From small to large retail (such as restaurants, cafeterias, hypermarkets and minimarkets, pharmacies, fishmongers\/butchers, bakeries, Fast Food); laundries, ticket offices, stationery stores, central services (payment of water and electricity bills, etc.), are some businesses that can benefit from this solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Solves various everyday problems<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Problems such as cash discrepancies, internal thefts, counterfeit notes and coins, and hygiene issues related to product contamination are things of the past. Manual tasks such as cash counting, filling out reports and closing periods are mitigated, which helps companies redirect their resources to tasks that machines cannot replace \u2013 supporting and enhancing their Customers' experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The adoption of this payment technology reduces the time per transaction, automatically calculates the necessary change requirements, and can integrate a cash transport service, which reduces collection costs. Information about all events that occurred on the equipment is available on a web platform, which allows for remote monitoring and control of money and centralizing information about the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    According to Ant\u00f3nio Oliveira, CEO of Zarph, \u201cZarph's new solution emerged to meet a market need, which required payment equipment with a good quality-price ratio. We want to offer the market equipment produced in Portugal, of extreme quality both in terms of mechanics and software, at a competitive price.
